My partner contacted Alkers to discuss a personal injury claim. After an initial discussion and the request of some documents which we promptly provided, we were promised a call back to discuss everything. It never came.It’s now 2 months later and we have since called on at least 4 separate occasions. Each time we have been promised a call back and each time Alkers have let us down. I can honestly say this is the worst customer service experience of my life. When you’ve been injured by something that wasn’t your fault, the last thing you want is for the aftermath to be dragged on like this. I’m assuming they don’t feel we have a valuable enough case for them, in which case why can’t they just tell us that? Absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.
