Dreadful Service for Lease Extensions – AVOID! I asked Gales to take care of FIVE lease negotiations for me….they were eager to accept the work but then never bothered to even LOOK at the work needed for OVER A MONTH despite assurances to the contrary! After what was my final email to check on progress I was told the person who would LOOK at the work was on 2 weeks annual leave and another person would deal with it….strangely enough…I heard nothing from him either! Having just read a previous bad review on the length of time they took for ONE lease extension badly managed I decided to pick up my paperwork and go elsewhere! No faith in them whatsoever. Shame as they lost my respect and future business of my Will and POA! Not to mention letting all my landlord friends know to avoid if they have any legal work needed!
