The process was clearly explained to me at the beginning and I was kept informed of what was happening throughout. Whenever i contacted them I received prompt and helpful replies. As a result, the process was very smooth and it only took 5 weeks from my offer being accepted to exchanging and completing on the property. All in all, Direction Law provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

I used Direction Law as my conveyancing company for purchasing a Shared Ownership resale property and it all went as expected. I had realistic expectations and knew the process would on average take at least three months, and when I told DL that I had to move out of my current accommodation, they managed to get my completion sorted before my move out date which I am grateful for (I pretty much initiated end of June/beginning of July and completed easily mid-October). The information they supplied was useful, and speaking on the telephone to ask silly questions and further explanations was patiently answered. They were also the most competitively priced company after getting quotations from another three firms.
