LOST the FEE I paid, as I had to change solicitor mid way through the purchase. Direction Law was totally non-responsive and super slow. When seller complained many times that nothing is happening from my Solicitor, I tried to contact Direction Law through email and phone, but they don’t really care. No one responds to email and phone being picked up by person who is dealing with the case is a luxury affair. Finally my seller pulled out of transaction and re-advertised the property. At this point I had to change solicitor and lost money I paid to Direction Law.It seems they get bulk load of business from L&Q for shared hosing transactions as they are one of the ‘recommended’ solicitors by L&Q. So basically they take business for granted and have no sense of customer service.Multiple 5 star rating in google in a short time frame, looks suspicious.
