Nick is friendly and approachable. He treated our case with understanding and compassion and we always felt he was doing his best for us. He took our case on part way through due to staff changes but he brought himself up to speed with our situation quickly and thoroughly and it was as if he had been with us from the start.We were confident with Nick’s judgement and so happy to follow his advice. Ultimately, the positive outcome of the case has changed our lives for the better and has meant that my husband can continue his rehabilitation at a level which would not otherwise have been possible.
