I first met

I first met Mr Fairweather when he represented my son in an industrial tribunal. I was very impressed by the way the handled the case and my son’s claim was successful. In 2006 my son was tragically killed in a work related incident. Mr Fairweather contacted me, firstly to offer his condolences and having read what had happened offer his services to prove my son’s employees were responsible for his death. He has worked endlessly over many years, dealing with the Insurers, Crown Prosecution Service, Coroners Inquest and now the case is in the hands of the HSE who are prosecuting the company for breeches in health & safety and duty of care.I cannot thank Mr Fairweather enough as without his hard work, kindness and relentless support I could not have remained focused throughout my ordeal. What could they have done better?I honestly cannot think of anything that could have been done better
