I cannot rate the family law department at Stephens Scown, Exeter, highly enough. Particular mentions go to Mark Smith and Ed Bidder. Mark has been like oil on troubled waters throughout the court process and Ed has gone out of his way to help us at times when Mark has been otherwise engaged. They have talked me down at times when I was panicking, guided me through every step of the family court process and overall, have helped me to navigate a really challenging situation. They truly are a “solutions focused” team who will keep your child at the absolute heart of any legal proceedings, and will always try their best to keep litigation to a minimum.
