Had a very good experience with Now Legal, Yvonne and Lesley did a great job managing our flat sale and house purchase. The conveyancy rates were competitive and Yvonne and her team were warm and friendly and were always very quick to respond to any questions which we raised throughout the process, explaining things in simple terms and we were never left ‘hanging’ waiting for a response (something which ive experienced in the past with some solicitors). Would highly recommend Now Legal and would not hesitate to use their services in future.

Had a very bad experience with Direction Law.Either delay a lot or just not reply to emails. Had to keep chasing and communicating with the seller’s ourselves. Plus we had to contacte one of the head in charge and cc him in the email to get attention in order to have reply from the solicitor.They even told us the seller’s solicitor delayed even more…do you think it’s a good cover to tell people that someone is worse than you and you aren’t that bad..? If the seller’s solicitor did delay the process, you could have replied the email at least to inform us, but you ignore instead. Very bad service.
