We were new customers as disappointed with our previous Solicitor. Very efficient and knowledgeable Administrator and Solicitor at Driver Belcher. Did the usual address verification checks (money laundering requirement) as we were new customers which is to be expected. I sent them an email over the weekend and got a reply at 0800 on the Monday morning (very efficient).
