Visited a solicitor in August he agreed to take on case and was full of promises and was going to write letters etc, it’s now November and we’re still waiting. Emailed them in September and October and didn’t get a reply to those either. Weird, now going to source a reliable firm. This was in the Gilesgate branch but the solicitor came from Peterlee / Hartlepool office.
