Buying my 1st house right now and my landlord is using Ross Coastes, according to what my solicitor informs me, Ross Coastes hardly reply to email or answer the phone, and eventually when they did reply, they provide the wrong documents, we being waiting for half year already and the contract still cannot be exchanged, the landlord is not even on a chain!
