We have recently completed on the sale of a property and prettys caused us a lot os issues throughout the process by being particularly pedantic and slow at responding, taking too long to carry out their works, even though we stressed that the sale needed to be a quick and smooth process. It zapped all the excitement from the purchase and left a bad taste in everyones mouth, ours, the vendors and our solicitors. Certainly will be avoiding using them in the future.
