We were disappointed that our proof Wills were not delivered on time in readiness for the pre-arranged face to face review meeting. We reset the meeting date but the proof Wills were still not received by us for reviewing. As Wills are very important to the individual/s, we felt “let down” and therefore loss of trust in this company with something so important in ones life.
