When we needed to use the duty solicitor at court we were very anxious, having never been in this situation before. Ian was fantastic. He had real empathy with our plight. My partner had been wrongly accused and we were in pieces. Ian was friendly, calm, knowledgeable and did all he could to ease my partner who suffers from chronic PTSD. I can’t praise him enough.
