Never would I use Sills&Betteridge again, the customer care whilst in a daunting vulnerable situation with regards my own child was absolutely appalling! After choosing to Use sills & betteridge for a family law situation, I have now been placed in a unfair situation & my child is suffering because of this. I can honestly say this company have taken thousands from myself yet not provided the customer care required, customer support was terrible, having being past from one person to the next and throughout the court case my solicitor never tried to resolve my situation or listen. The guidance was not there, the support was useless and I am generally disgusted by the service after putting my circumstance in the hands of this company, I will never recommend nor Will I ever return to use the company again.
