Had the very unfortunate experience of dealing with this firm when purchasing a property. If you want care and attention and people who communicate with you then don’t bother with this lot. 6 months after completion I am still waiting for them to answer questions that were not answered during the purchase. They just choose to ignore me. I am now contacting the Legal Ombudsman.
