Used them for conveyancing buying a house. Found them quick and professional. They were great at chasing our seller’s slow solicitor. The “InTouch” app is OK – it never seemed to be updated with the latest info, and kept logging me out.Purchase went smoothly, and they kept me informed with what info they required from me.Only other downside – they promised a completely online experience, but I had to physically sign and get witnessed one form. It would be great if that could be done online.Overall, an excellent service for the price.
