We looked at 4 companies and chose Bird & Co for our remortgage. They are based quite a long away from our property & we are based overseas but there were no issues at all and we are very satisfied with the service received from Helen & Tina from the Lincoln office. Their final fees were about 5% lower than their initial estimate. Would definitely recommend
