I was referred to Watson Woodhouse Solicitors by Darlington Citizens Advice Bureau who said they are the people that they use and they are on their list of advised solicitors that they give out to customers. On my way home I called into Watson Woodhouse ( Thursday morning ) and gave my personal details and numbers to the receptionist who said “we will call you.”When I pushed her a little harder to when they might call me as things are quite urgent she said “probably today.” and that was it and I left feeling quite happy and confident.It is now late on Monday night and nothing has happen and I have had no response or any contact from them. If these people do not want to give any advice about my situation then that is fine but they should at least have the decency and courtesy to let me know they are not interested, instead of wasting peoples valuable time.I will be requesting that the CAB remove them from their list of useful solicitors as they are clearly not useful at all.

I was referred to Cooper Nimmo through another Solicitor who thought they were on the ball, unfortunately this wasn’t the case. I was constantly chasing and potentially doing their job for them. Post was sent to the wrong address or not sent out at all as these addresses were checked, I was told documents were posted out on a certain day to then find out they were actually posted out days later, this causing a delay in completion and a potential loss of a house.So this would be a no for recommendation from me.
