I have just completed my property purchase and have nothing but good things to say regarding my experience at Bird & Co. I sourced an initial quote which was very reasonable, particularly for a new build. From the initial sign-up, through to completion, everything was explained really clearly and responses to my queries were speedy, accurate and professional, with the online portal also being really helpful. Dale in particular, but also other team members made the process as straightforward and smooth as possible for me. This also took place at the time of lockdown, which could have made things tricky, but didn’t impact on their quality of service at all. Extremely good value for money and I won’t hesitate to recommend, based on my experience.

I have just closed on a TOGC (Transfer of Going Concern) which was handled extremely efficiently & thoroughly by Debra Hepplestall & Amanda Gallagher, I felt confident they knew what they were doing all the way through quite a complicated process including Option to Tax for VAT, I will definitely be using them in future & would highly recommend them.

I have just recently used Easthams for my conveyancing, having used them previously before. I was allocated Phil and his assistant Alix. From the start the contact was professional and speedy.Nothing was too much trouble. If I sent an email it was often dealt with that day and any queries I had were considered, raised and resolved. With the house move there were several complications on the forward section of the chain, but Phil definitely earned his money by chasing everything daily. It was commented on from my buyers solicitors of the professionalism that they had dealing with Phil too.During the conveyancing it came to light it would be sensible to create a will, based on my personal circumstances. Phil is also the person who deals with wills and I was relieved and satisfied with the way the will was done and the meeting involved to make sure all avenues were addressed.I have always thought highly of Easthams. More so now than ever. It was such a reassurance having a really good, understanding solicitor working for me, rather than dealing with solicitors that have to be chased constantly.I also think their fees are really well priced and as mentioned earlier, Phil really worked for his money. I had expected to pay more to be honest. Alix was always professional on the phone and relayed any messages accurately.All in all a brilliant service and would not hesitate to recommend Phil and Alix to anyone moving home or requiring a will in the future.Thank you for everything!
