I would avoid at all costs. We were going through a name change on the mortgage- it was more complicated then normal but what a shambles this place made of it. It took over a year to complete the process, due to solicitor – Adam lying to us. Almost lost our house as our mortgage offer had ran out 6 months before and lender was reluctant to accept us again. Honestly if any one wants any legal work to be done chose any where else but here! Had to get the legal onbudsman involved which finally ended things. Co partner Kieran? Or something like that. Completely rude and couldn’t care a less. Terrible attitude and told my boyfriend he couldn’t care a less as we put our complaint in. Worst year of my life! Thanks Askews!
