I used Merritts in November 2018 for a house purchase and from start to finish the service received was exceptional, even when facing the inevitable challenges of buying a house they were excellent. I can’t say enough positive things about this business, I would not consider using anyone else. In terms of value for money they offer the very best service at a very competitive price so for me that makes them stand out versus any competitor.
