I was recommended to Core Legal via a third party as they were on my Mortgage companies panel.I’d already been signed up for another set of solicitors, but it turned out they weren’t on the morgage panel, despite saying they were.Core Legal, as it turned out, were cheaper. Initially, our vendors wanted a very quick move – from offer to completion in 8 weeks. Because of the above nonsense, we only had 7 weeks left!Sally and the team pulled out all the stops and had the contracts out for signature and searches completed in under a month. Unfortunately, our vendors solicitors went very quiet (apparently, there was a glitch in their purchase). Communication has been excellent. Yes, I didn’t always get to speak to Sally, but her assistants always came back within a reasonable time.Like another poster, I don’t generally leave reviews unless I get a really good (or poor) service. I would happily use this company again when moving.
