We were very happy with our solicitor David. He was very helpful and he was always available to speak to us. We also really appreciated quick reaction time. We needed deed of surrender. We paid on one working day and we pretty much had it ready the next working day. Our solicitor also didn’t mind amend the deed last minute. They were very helpful and assuring with the other party.
