My wife and I used Nowell Meller Burslem when purchasing an apartment, it was a repossession so it needed to be completed in 28 days, we asked the question before appointing them as to whether they could achieve this and they said they could, in fact they couldn’t, they asked the seller for an extension without asking us. The level of incompetence shown by this solicitor was astonishing and the more we tried to hurry the move the more she dug her heals in in a petty, spiteful way, she didn’t even let us know when the contracts were finally exchanged we had to here it from the estate agent. We spoke to the managing director about our experience and he did nothing, we would never use Nowell Meller again and feel we are being generous by giving them 1 star. Carl and Sarah

My wife and I were looking for an Immigration lawyer on the internet to do a Wife Visa Extension. First of all, my wife prayed to God and Jesus Christ, asking her to show us a responsible person who worked in this area and who could guide and solve everything we were looking for and needing. Who received us was Mrs. Salma Jaffer (Consultant Solicitor). She received us very well and very friendly. This gave us a lot of security and the certainty that it was the right company where we were. She gave us all the necessary information.
