I would strongly advise against using this company, they make statements to you in person or on the telephone but are reluctant to put things in writing and unfortunately should they wish to deny certain parts of a conversation afterwards you have no proof of the information initially given.They are also reluctant to reply to e mails however many times they are forwarded to them.Should you find that have no option but to deal with this company please ensure everything is confirmed by them in writing before you take their advice.

I would strongly recommend you avoid Stokes Partners and would give them no stars if it was possible. This partnership cost me very dearly when handling my divorce and I’ve been paying for it ever since. As an admission of guilt on their behalf I did not receive any invoice from them… pretty unusual for solicitors (bearing in mind their hourly rates)! I was forced to appoint (and pay for) another firm of solicitors to try and sort the mess out that Stokes Partners created – it still cost me a fortune and a very unfortunate situation ensued (for over six years). Be warned, proceed with this partnership at your risk.

I would strongly not recommend this company.It is disgusting that companies like this can operate in out market, without taking any care or responsibility to solve clients issues.They have dealt with my case for 8 months (have only been in touch for maximum 6 times and took holidays which placed my case in hold for 3 months) and on the last day they said we have 2 options you either claim no off work payment which was an excess of roughly £9000 or we will close the case. This information was delivered with such a tonne I felt scammed and humiliated.They have specifically extended the case so that I have no chance of changing to different solicitors.I would like to mention the scammers names so that the public is aware and hopefully will take this in consideration and not allow extra stress in their lives especially during had times we you can be more vulnerable , Gurchan and Mark Evans.Furthermore I would like to provide a valuable information that I believe must put you off from this company that as it’s operating against the rules based on the fact that they have considered an information from a 15 years old child who had nothing to do with the case but to pick up and inform that I was not available, which led them to withdraw my case as my underage so has provided an information which they are not even willing to provide as all their calls are recorded.I have many complaints but they are deleting them.So please make sure you do not trust them with your case as it’s been 4 months since the case is closed but I will hire a lawyer once financially stable to sue the company for its actions and stress they have caused me.
