Very friendly on arrival but that’s where it ended I’m afraid. 1 month to get an initial divorce letter written and I had to keep chasing, lost all confidence in them but with respect they sorted out a refund very quickly. I’m sure this is not usual practice but for me it made a stressful situation worse. Hence I’ve since gone elsewhere.
