We recently used Beswicks ( Emma Lanza ) to act as our conveyancing solicitor for a sale and purchase. The service provided by Emma was professional and courteous and i was updated regularly on progress. We also had access to a portal where we could see and download any of our documents at any point which was a useful facility. Although there were issues along the way, none of which caused by Beswicks, Emma was punctual in dealing with those matters . Would definitely recommend their services .

We were really impressed by the service he provided especially how thorough he was when looking into the legal aspects of our new property and also explaining the legal side of things to us very clearly. We recently used Rawlins Davy, and specifically Sue Gardiner for a very complex conveyancing. We purchased a 3 flat property with the intention of converting it to a single dwelling. On top of having 4 title deeds and multiple land registry issues we had a number of issues created by the seller, and the 2 different solicitors employed by the vendors of the property!! A huge amount of convoluted work that I’m sure Sue doesn’t get to see but she kept us well-informed throughout and has a tenacity that I appreciate in a modern world of red tape and un-necessary hurdles.On top of that she’s managed the sale of our property very nicely also. Catherine, her aide was always able to provide updates when Sue was unavailable.Thanks for a great service and the hard work.
