I never write reviews but on this occasion I felt I needed too, I would like to say a big thank you to Hayley for dealing with my claim, she kept in contact and kept me up to date throughout, she was extremely helpful and friendly and I always felt at ease talking to her on the phone, would highly recommend this company, thank you for all your hard work
