Was recommended to use Clarke and Son by friends for obtaining Probate and dealing with settlement of an estate. We were not disappointed as the service was excellent. The solicitor dealing with our case was very efficient, always explained options and responded to emails and other communications in a timely manor. We were quoted a fixed price based on the complexity of the estate which was positively competitive with a well known national Probate service provider with the added benefit of more flexibility in options and the comfort dealing with a local solicitor with whom you could develop a rapport.
