A partner in the firm was found guilty of a Data Protection offence (upheld by DPA) in relation to my Data and her response to me was arrogant dismissive and abusive. She also refused to mitigate the damage which was totally viable. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy for legal issues.I have had to instruct a solicitor to obtain an excessive amount of money held on account without good cause and the firm have put obstacles in the way of that firm trying to gain control of money they have no right to retain.The firm refused to detail fees charged with documentation in support. They also refused to respond to my requests for information forcing me to employ another Solicitor. I have attended the offices personally by appointment to collect papers and have refused to return them and refused access to the Managing Partner to discuss staff behaviour. I have been told papers were in the mail when they were not at the time of discussion.The staff are happy to lie and corruption stems from the top down.
