A shaky start which led to a promt and professional service, Thank You!!I decided to use Page Nelson for the first time, in order to carry out the conveyancing for my first prooperty purchase. After hearing about the firm as a referal from my mortgage advisor, I decided to obtain a quote and discuss my options. The quote from Page Nelson was placed central to the other quotes I had received from both online and local companies. However, the decision was made to go with them after a very informative telephone discussion with my to-be solicitor and the conveinience of location (out of town Lincoln, easy access and free parking). My experience with Page Nelson began with a bit of a shaky start, the staff were all very friendly but communications soon became delayed and the solicitors were proving to be very difficult to get hold of. My first impression of this well reviewed company soon became into doubt. After difficulty getting through, I decided to visit the office in person, where finally it appeared to be that the estate agent were at blame for the delay. However, this is by no means an excuse for poor comms received.Once these inital concerns were address, the ball began rolling extremely efficiently, where I then received the service I had expected from Page Nelson. Steven kept me well informed throughout the entire process from there on after and addressed any issues that I had quickly and well. All documents received in the post were written and presented professionally with clear detailing of the next step or actions required, whilst phone calls were being answered/returned in a timely manner.I must conclude, in saying that Page Nelson have provided a service that I am proud of despite the initial concerns, they have performed as expected when it mattered and have always been polite. I will happy using and recommending Page Nelson again in the future. If I was to suggest an improvement for Page Nelson, that would be for the communication systems of email and telephone to be reviewed as that is where I experienced issues. Other than that, well done Page Nelson!
