A very poor service received (I used Fisher Jones Greenwood / FJG for a flat purchase). Their attention to detail was terrible, which is very concerning considering the importance of the work they were doing. Several errors were made by the firm, particularly in the run up to completion, which would have left me substantially out of pocket had I not noticed and flagged them up. When I subsequently complained, their response was dismissive, they were unwilling to take responsibility or offer any kind of apology for the sub-standard quality of service received, and I have been met with radio silence when trying to discuss the issue with them further. Best advice would be to avoid and go with an alternative firm.
