Absolutely zero responses to any emails or voicemails (Natalie Richards never deigned to answer her telephone on the 5 occasions I called her). Although I was involved in a re-mortgage of a property via Atom Bank and was technically not their client, the absolute lack of communication with the mortgagor, to me, is a breach of this firm’s Chapter 11 duties under the Solicitors Regulatory Authority Handbook. I would obviously never actually use them as my own conveyancers.
