After being told

After being told in mid October I would have to wait until after 23rd October to even arrange an appointment for a document to be notarised I called 3 times on 24th where I was told first time by receptionist that the notary was busy on another call then out of the office and not available to take the call. She said she would ensure they would phone me back as soon as they returned as a note would be put on his desk. Took my number and guess what…nothing in the 8 days and counting since. Very unprofessional, unhelpful and unacceptable. I have, of course, gone elsewhere and will not recommend this company in future. And don’t now try to give excuses because there are none. Dreadful service. You expect a legal firm to be both efficient and professional and this lack of care shows the exact opposite.
