Alex E Are currently “attempting” to buy our first home with blackhurst Budd. Nothing but stress thinking everything is ready for completion on Tuesday and being told after chasing that their maybe issues. Tried to call them 6 times between 4-5 on a Friday and no answer after 4:30 so spent the weekend yet again in panic and limbo, having booked hire vans and time off work. They’ve had the last 3 weeks to let us know their was an issue. To cap it all off spoke to the estate agents on the Saturday the vendors didn’t have the same completion day or any knowledge that we’ve agreed to buy furniture off them even thou this was “sorted” 3 weeks ago when we signed contracts. Hopefully my partner will get to the bottom of this at 9am Monday morning when she visits their officesUpdate new solicitor Luke took the case on Wednesday dealt with us professionaly and got the job done completed and exchanged on the same day thank God it’s over now!!
