Am disgusted with lack of communication, losing of a death certificate and then dropping the handling of mums will and estate saying they think there will be disputes by siblings which they don’t have the area of expertise to deal with, which contradicted what they told mum in front of a witness when she first took up their services as executor. They said there was two executors, one the handle the finances, the other to deal with the family. They didn’t even call the beneficiaries in to do the will reading and determine if agreements could be made, they dropped the case a few weeks after mums death. I believe they did nothing prior to dropping the case and were very abrupt in informing me why. They have left us in a real mess now 🙁
