As an estate agent part of my job is to speak with solicitors & obtain progress updates on my clients’ transactions, naturally I deal with a large number of solicitors in the process. This is the first company however who send an auto-response to my emails which states “If you are an estate agent or broker, we will not be able to respond to your email” & refuses to do so even when it is requested by their client.If you are looking for a solicitor to handle a property sale or purchase I would urge you to take on board advise from your estate agent & read the other reviews of this company before contacting them.
