AVOID THIS GROUP OF SOLISTORS!! CATHERINE MAXFIELD Who is supposed to be the managing partner and head of corporate and business and in charge of growing there business!!?They are the most unprofessional childish awkward unhelpful Solisitors WHO NEVER RETURN CALLS THERE ISNT ENOUGH ROOM HERE TO WRITE EVERYTHING But basically I have used Eric Robinson for over 23 years But unfortunately my old Solistor retired who was amazing who always answered and returned my calls and was an absolute pleasure to work with since he retired I have used them on 2 other occasions the Carlton place office and Bitterne which I’ll discuss on separate reviews later. So Catherine knew about my previous problems with Eric Robinson. So I instructed her to act for me on a sale of one of my businesses and lease transfer as she was the Managing Partner I thought I’d got the best lady for the job ,and the other parties were using same Solistor’s so a very simple straight forward transaction.. Two weeks went by I called to see what was happening NOTHING! Catherine had decided to take annual leave ! So there was a big panic at 8pm on a Friday to get contracts out. Great ok everyone is entitled to a break Then nothing every time I called Catherine I would be passed on to her assistant who guess what was never there to assist or take my calls . So I left messages after messages after messages over the next few weeks. Then popped up a lady called Rachel McNulty who was helping Catherine or so I thought . Who wasn’t up to the job either . I voiced my concerns and left URGENT MESSAGES ON CATHERINES voice mail which she ignored. So after a whole 7 days and 6 WEEKS INTO OUR TRANSACTION I drove down to the office and as modern technology let’s the office manager see Catherine’s diary via a computer. I booked an appointment to see Catherine later that week Still trying to get hold of her in the mean time and leaving messages. So the day before my meeting at 9 am Thursday 11th may 2017. I tried to confirm it as Catherine was ignoring my calls and emails although I did get one email from Catherine saying she wasn’t dealing with this transaction and Rachel was and that she didn’t know anything about it I replied saying I instructed you Catherine and nobody else to deal with it. I eventually got a call back from Rachel saying that my meeting WITH CATHERINE MAXFIELD had been cancelled as Catherine had another meeting! I suppose she thought she could ignore me again !! WELL THANK Goodness FOR GOOGLE . This is a brief account of what happened in actual fact there was far more catalogue of errors poor legal advise arrogance ignorance and ignoring me. I am a professional business man who simply doesn’t have time to deal with totally unprofessional companies like Eric Robinson and Solistor’s like Catherine Maxfield as it is I’m writing this at 5 am as my days are jam packed running my companies. I hope this review will give any other companies or individuals that are selling there business or house . That are thinking of using this company an insight of what dealing with ERIC ROBINSON IS LIKE. Avoid them trust me the stress will not be worth it and there are Solistor’ that are half the price don’t think paying extra will give you a better service far from it. I can’t stress enough how stressful dealing with Eric Robinson Solistor’s has been.Let’s see if they contact me now and finally finish this sale or will I have to go to another Solistor’s to complete what they started.
