Beechwood are a understaffed and overworked practice. Thus giving a painfully slow, uncommunicative and inefficient service. Did not exude confidence. Very good at deflecting the blame in their inefficiencies at other parties. Disappointed. Really hope they haven’t caused problems for future conveyancing of the property due to lack of due diligence.
