Been handling my Personal Injury claim since AUGUST 2017! Had a letter in December of that year stating other side had admitted liability and after two medicals in March/July 2018 the matter has GONE DEAD! They do not respond to letters/email or telephone calls! Have reported them to the SRA and have been sent a deadlock letter before action by the OMBUDSMAN! Disgusting service from a Firm of Solutions that should be struck off! I have 25;years experience in the Legal system and I will take them to the cleaners over the way they have mis-handled my case! Beware, don’t use these excuses for Solicitors!
