Birkett long are professional but very expensive. Most of the fees earned by them were through sending unnecessary letters to me then billing me for them dispite frequent requests to only contact me when I needed to provide information to them, they continued sending weekly updates, costing me a lot of money I feel was unnecessary and had asked to not do, they refused. Birkett Long set an ambiguous budget stating this was how much it would cost. For services most of this budget was used sending their customer letters and charging for it. I have now left as a customer due to this. I have read their response and disagree Birkett Long were sacked in Sept 2018 I represented myself in the following court cases and won. I have letters from Birkett Long showing the case was passed to me and they had no longer involvement My success had nothing to do with my representation through Birkett long as they were sacked 2 months before my final case when I represented myself. So I am lowering my score because their explanation is not accurate.
