Called and made an enquiry regarding probate and the woman I spoke to was quite aggressive and rude. My enquiry was regarding prices and charging practices which seem to be similar to other solicitors that charge for everything in 6 minute blocks. The attitude of the lady I spoke to, made clear to me, my business wasn’t welcome even if I wanted them to help me (which I didn’t). I wholly recommend Solicitors Title in Exeter who seem to be a moral law firm that charge in 1 minute blocks rather than 6! A real shame as I had a good recommendation for Cartridges but definitely not what I experienced myself.
