Direction Law managed

Direction Law managed my flat purchase very poorly, so I did not use them when I came to sell 14 months later. However, during the sale it came to light that Direction Law had failed to register my property with Land Registry. The sale was delayed and ultimately fell through. Land Registry explained the circumstances under which the property was unregistered – due to repeated errors made by Direction Law in their submission which they never responded to when asked to correct. When I asked Direction Law about this, they lied (in writing – I might add) claiming that the lead-time to register a property was more than a year.
