Extremely poor quality service. My husband and I made two separate enquiries on the same day about two different issues 12 days ago. After no response at all from Kiteleys, my husband phoned a few days ago and spoke to someone in the office who said they would get the relevant solicitors to phone us later that day. Three days later and still no contact. Now I’m aware that businesses are reacting slower in the present climate but this is just rude and unprofessional.Kiteleys hold my late parents Will that I need to retrieve and they have been uncooperative, even before the Covid19 crisis about relinquishing it. Obviously this is distressing and frustrating for me. Kiteleys took over our old family solicitors firm that both my family and my husband’s family have used for decades. They will not get any further business from either of our families in the future.
