Finding Stephen Scown was a blessing. My case was a bit of a gamble to take on, and it was not one that would have fetched a big amounts of compensation to the firm, but this didn’t stop the very honest and passionate Terry Falcao, Partner, from taking it on because, more than anything, he believed i had been discriminated against and that the offensive employer had to take responsibility for their poor actions. Terry worked with Dave Robins, a Trainee Solicitor. They were both very welcoming, they put me at ease, and explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. They were always polite, professional, courteous and compassionate. Dave kept me informed at all stages of the litigation, and Terry defended my case at the preliminary hearing with such devotion, which was an inspiration to watch. The Reception staff was always also very friendly and helpful. The firm in Exeter, which is the one I used, is in the city centre, very easy to find and reach by public transports. There are short and longer car parks meters away from the building. The building is a couple of minutes walk away from the Tribunal, which is really handy. All in all, a prefect experience.
