Grindeys were recommended to us by the builder. The sale went through relatively stress free. Grindeys informed us we had been over charged by a very small amount & sent us a cheque for the amount. I found the cheque in my glove box 5 months after receiving it. Knowing cheques expire after 6 months I cash it that day only to find Grindeys bank had stopped the cheque. I thought that was a bit strange.
