Hi The service I received was not the best, A lot of staff very rude and abrupt, Especially one of the receptionists, Awful woman.A lot of hidden charges which were not explained to me when I instructed Ross Coates to act on my behalf.Communication non existent.The only good thing was one member of staff was extremely helpful and a lovely person, Her name was LucyGuerriaro.Perhaps the other members of staff should follow the lead of this lady in how to talk to customers.I would not use this firm again or recommend it to anyone.
