Honestly dumbfounded by the five star reviews. I could spend a very long time detailing the level of incompetence and complete lack of care for the customer i experienced dealing with gales solicitors. I instucted them to sell my property. They were utterly awful. Late on every aspect of the transaction. I had to chase them up on every single thing. It took years to even get a deposit back for one part of the transaction. They are rude and they don’t care.Unfortunately i had already instructed them to buy a property as part of a sell and buy deal. The worst experience i have ever had with a solicitor, and i have used a few. I lost a property because they were so slow. Then when it came to buying another they were so bad i ended up doing their job for them.Terrible experience. The woman is rude and utterly unprofessional. It almost made me ill dealing with them. I am a real person, a real customer. I wish i could put my details up so i could explain to anyone thinking of using gales solicitors just what a mistake that would be.As another on here has put. This is my first review ever. I never review anything. I had to put this on here to a) get things off my chest and b) help others make the right choice. This is how much dealing with them means to me. I know the response will be that i am anonymous but i am too reluctant to put my real details on, as much as i would love to, due to privacy. I am not a rival solicitor. I dont even take pleasure in this. I just have to warn people. Now the choice is yours. Good luck
