I came across Mark Thompson Law searching online and read excellent reviews and several blogs that Mark had written on the subject of setting up a Trust. I did try a local solicitor, just as I thought it might be more convenient, but they didn’t really know what I was talking about, the person I needed wasn’t in until the following week, and generally it felt like they thought I was making the whole thing up which left me feeling frustrated. They didn’t have the knowledge required and like a great deal of solicitors, they had a very dismissive and high-handed approach. The more I read Mark’s blogs and reviews I thought the language he used was easy to follow and his reviews were consistently good and so I contacted him. He was great, he knew what the circumstances required, he could explain what was necessary and throughout the process replied to my questions quickly and without issue. I wish every solicitor was like Mark, I really do. He specialises so he is an expert in what he does. There was no need to visit his office as it was a simple exercise really once a few decisions had been made and everything was sent through the post or email. I am very happy to recommend.
